You will:
- Lead end-to-end content creation processes, ensuring content aligns with product positioning and brand voice.
- Ensure clear communication of product value propositions and features across all content channels.
- Evaluate video and webinar performance metrics, deriving actionable insights to refine our video content strategies.
- Collaborate with the product team to craft and execute content-centric go-to-market plans for product launches.
- Identify potential growth areas and propose innovative content strategies to amplify product adoption and market penetration.
- Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics to make data-driven decisions regarding content initiatives.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales and product, to ensure that content strategies align with company-wide objectives.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 3+ years working in project/program management within a cross-functional capacity.
- Deep understanding of SEO optimization strategies and tools.
- Experience working with content professionals (writers and editors.)
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience integrating a new CMS and migrating a content library.
