PEP KYC\u7b5b\u67e5\u662f <strong>\u8bc6\u522b\u653f\u6cbb\u654f\u611f\u4eba\u7269\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981<\/strong> \u5e76\u786e\u4fdd\u9075\u5b88\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\uff08AML\uff09\u6cd5\u89c4\u3002\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u5fc5\u987b <strong>\u6301\u7eed\u76d1\u63a7\u653f\u6cbb\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u7269\uff0c\u4ee5\u51cf\u5c11\u8150\u8d25\u884c\u4e3a\u3002<\/strong> \u4ee5\u53ca\u91d1\u878d\u72af\u7f6a\u98ce\u9669\u3002.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u9075\u5b88\u91d1\u878d\u72af\u7f6a\u6cd5\u89c4\u5bf9\u6bcf\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u90fd\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5408\u89c4\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u653f\u6cbb\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u7269 (PEP) \u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u4ee5\u8bc6\u522b\u4ed6\u4eec\u5e76\u6839\u636e PEP KYC \u548c\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1 (AML) \u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u8fdb\u884c\u989d\u5916\u5c3d\u804c\u8c03\u67e5\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u653f\u6cbb\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u7269\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u7ed9\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5e26\u6765\u4e00\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5fc5\u987b\u52a0\u4ee5\u8bc6\u522b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u653f\u6cbb\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u7269\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u653f\u6cbb\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u7269\u662f\u6307\u62c5\u4efb\u91cd\u8981\u516c\u804c\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u653f\u5e9c\u5b98\u5458\u3001\u9ad8\u7ea7\u519b\u5b98\u6216\u5927\u578b\u56fd\u6709\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u9ad8\u7ba1\u3002\u653f\u6cbb\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u7269\u901a\u5e38\u66f4\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u53c2\u4e0e&nbsp;<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bribery\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">\u53d7\u8d3f<\/a>&nbsp;\u6216\u8005&nbsp;<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Corruption\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">\u8150\u8d25<\/a>&nbsp;\u901a\u8fc7\u5176\u804c\u4f4d\u548c\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\uff0cPEP \u53ef\u4ee5\u5bf9\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u98ce\u9669\u8fdb\u884c\u76d1\u7ba1\u3002PEP \u7684\u4eb2\u5bc6\u5546\u4e1a\u4f19\u4f34\u6216\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u5458\u901a\u5e38\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u5173\u8054 PEP\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u6784\u6210\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u98ce\u9669\u3002PEP \u7684\u4eb2\u5bc6\u4f19\u4f34\u4e5f\u56e0\u53ef\u80fd\u4ea7\u751f\u5f71\u54cd\u548c\u8150\u8d25\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u7c7b\u4f3c\u5bf9\u5f85\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u9700\u8981\u91c7\u53d6\u9002\u5f53\u63aa\u65bd\u6765\u7ba1\u7406\u8fd9\u4e9b\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5b9a\u4e49\u548c\u542b\u4e49<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u653f\u6cbb\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u7269 (PEP) \u662f\u6307\u5728\u56fd\u5185\u6216\u56fd\u9645\u4e0a\u62c5\u4efb\u91cd\u8981\u516c\u804c\u6216\u804c\u80fd\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u3002\u8fd9\u5305\u62ec\u653f\u5e9c\u5b98\u5458\u3001\u519b\u5b98\u3001\u6cd5\u5b98\u3001\u56fd\u6709\u4f01\u4e1a\u9ad8\u7ba1\u548c\u56fd\u9645\u7ec4\u7ec7\u9ad8\u7ea7\u5b98\u5458\u3002PEP \u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u4eba\u7269\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4ed6\u4eec\u5177\u6709\u6f5c\u5728\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\u5e76\u53ef\u63a5\u89e6\u654f\u611f\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u5230\u8150\u8d25\u3001\u8d3f\u8d42\u548c\u6d17\u94b1\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u8bc6\u522b\u653f\u6cbb\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u7269 (PEP) \u5bf9\u4e8e\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u964d\u4f4e\u91d1\u878d\u72af\u7f6a\u98ce\u9669\u548c\u786e\u4fdd\u9075\u5b88\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1 (AML) \u6cd5\u89c4\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pep-levels\">\u653f\u6cbb\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u7269\u7684\u7c7b\u578b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PEP \u6709\u591a\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u56fd\u5185\u653f\u6cbb\u4eba\u7269<\/strong>\uff1a\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4eba\u5728\u672c\u56fd\u62c5\u4efb\u91cd\u8981\u516c\u804c\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u653f\u5e9c\u5b98\u5458\u3001\u9ad8\u7ea7\u519b\u5b98\u548c\u6cd5\u5b98\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\u548c\u5bf9\u56fd\u5bb6\u8d44\u6e90\u7684\u638c\u63e1\u4f7f\u4ed6\u4eec\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u5230\u8150\u8d25\u548c\u8d3f\u8d42\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5916\u56fd\u653f\u8981<\/strong>\uff1a\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e2a\u4eba\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u5bb6\u62c5\u4efb\u91cd\u8981\u516c\u804c\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u7c7b\u522b\u5305\u62ec\u56fd\u5bb6\u5143\u9996\u3001\u653f\u5e9c\u90e8\u957f\u548c\u9ad8\u7ea7\u653f\u5e9c\u5b98\u5458\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5bf9\u8de8\u5883\u6d17\u94b1\u6d3b\u52a8\u6784\u6210\u91cd\u5927\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u56fd\u9645\u7ec4\u7ec7 PEP<\/strong>\uff1a\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4eba\u5728\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u3001\u4e16\u754c\u94f6\u884c\u3001\u56fd\u9645\u8d27\u5e01\u57fa\u91d1\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7b49\u56fd\u9645\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e2d\u62c5\u4efb\u9ad8\u7ea7\u804c\u52a1\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5168\u7403\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\u548c\u51b3\u7b56\u6743\u4f7f\u4ed6\u4eec\u6210\u4e3a\u8150\u8d25\u548c\u91d1\u878d\u72af\u7f6a\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u76ee\u6807\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u76f4\u7cfb\u4eb2\u5c5e<\/strong>\uff1a\u7531\u4e8e\u4e0e\u4e2a\u4eba\u5173\u7cfb\u5bc6\u5207\uff0cPEP \u7684\u914d\u5076\u3001\u5b50\u5973\u3001\u7236\u6bcd\u548c\u5144\u5f1f\u59d0\u59b9\u4e5f\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a PEP\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e0e PEP \u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u4f7f\u4ed6\u4eec\u9762\u4e34\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7684\u53c2\u4e0e\u975e\u6cd5\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"why-is-it-important-to-screen-for-peps\">\u653f\u6cbb\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u7269\u7684\u7ea7\u522b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PEP \u7ea7\u522b\u662f\u6307\u653f\u6cbb\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u7269 (PEP) \u7684\u5206\u7c7b\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u901a\u8fc7\u5176\u804c\u4f4d\u548c\u5f71\u54cd\u53ef\u80fd\u53c2\u4e0e\u8d3f\u8d42\u6216\u8150\u8d25\u65b9\u9762\u6784\u6210\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u7ea7\u522b\u3002 PEP \u5927\u81f4\u53ef\u5206\u4e3a\u56db\u4e2a\u7ea7\u522b\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1\u7ea7<\/strong>: PEP \u76f8\u5173\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u98ce\u9669\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u9075\u5b88\u6d17\u94b1\u548c\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u4e49\u878d\u8d44\u6cd5\u89c4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-to-conduct-pep-due-diligence\">\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u8fdb\u884c PEP \u7b5b\u67e5\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6240\u6709\u7b26\u5408 PEP \u5b9a\u4e49\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u90fd\u5e94\u6839\u636e\u5176\u98ce\u9669\u7b49\u7ea7\u8fdb\u884c\u5206\u7c7b\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u5f00\u59cb\u4e1a\u52a1\u5173\u7cfb\u4e4b\u524d\u8fdb\u884c\u7b5b\u67e5\u3002\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u5fc5\u987b\u5b9e\u65bd\u9002\u5f53\u7684 PEP \u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u98ce\u9669\u548c\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u8bc6\u522b\u5bf9\u4e8e PEP \u7b5b\u67e5\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u9075\u5b88\u76d1\u7ba1\u8981\u6c42\u5e76\u51cf\u8f7b\u4e0e\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u5ba2\u6237\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f53\u5730\u548c\u56fd\u9645\u91d1\u878d\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u7684\u5ba1\u67e5\u529b\u5ea6\u4e0d\u65ad\u52a0\u5927\uff0c\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u5fc5\u987b\u4fdd\u62a4\u81ea\u5df1\u514d\u53d7\u6b3a\u8bc8\u548c\u91d1\u878d\u72af\u7f6a\u7684\u4fb5\u5bb3\u3002\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4 (FATF) \u548c\u91d1\u878d\u72af\u7f6a\u6267\u6cd5\u7f51\u7edc (FinCEN) \u7b49\u673a\u6784\u5bf9\u4e0d\u9075\u5b88\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u89c4\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u5904\u4ee5\u7684\u7f5a\u6b3e\u5df2\u8fbe\u6570\u767e\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e3a\u4f01\u4e1a\u7b5b\u67e5 PEP \u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5f3a\u5927\u7684\u52a8\u529b\u3002\u4e86\u89e3\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5ba2\u6237\u6216\u5b9e\u9645\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u72b6\u51b5\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7ba1\u7406\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u6d17\u94b1\u548c\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u4e49\u878d\u8d44\u98ce\u9669\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u8fd9\u5c31\u662f\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u8bb8\u591a\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u7ecf\u5e38\u91c7\u53d6\u201c\u4e00\u65e6\u6210\u4e3a PEP\uff0c\u6c38\u8fdc\u662f PEP\u201d\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\uff08\u6301\u7eed\u7684 PEP \u8eab\u4efd\uff09\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5ba2\u6237\u653e\u5f03\u4e86\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u6216\u516c\u6c11\u804c\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow data-end=\"243\">\n2025\u5e74\uff0cGlobalBank\u5728\u5ba2\u6237\u51c6\u5165\u548c\u6301\u7eed\u76d1\u63a7\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u672a\u80fd\u8bc6\u522b\u51fa\u591a\u540d\u653f\u6cbb\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u7269\u3002\u5176\u539f\u6709\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u7269KYC\u7cfb\u7edf\u672a\u80fd\u7b5b\u67e5\u95f4\u63a5\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u7269\u5173\u8054\uff0c\u4e5f\u672a\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u5b9e\u65bd\u5f3a\u5316\u5c3d\u804c\u8c03\u67e5\u3002\u8fd9\u4f7f\u5f97\u8be5\u94f6\u884c\u9762\u4e34\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u7684\u5ba1\u67e5\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u80fd\u56e0\u8fdd\u53cd\u66f4\u65b0\u540e\u7684\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u6cd5\u89c4\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u7f5a\u6b3e\u3002.<\/p>\n<p
