(CPO) Harry V. \u7684\u4e00\u4efd\u8bf4\u660e\uff0c\u9610\u8ff0\u4e86\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u516c\u53f8\u5982\u4f55\u624d\u80fd\u9886\u5148\u4e8e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u65e0\u60c5\u7684\u6267\u6cd5\u5904\u7f5a\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Cetera-Hit-With-a-$1.1M-Fine-After-Monitoring-Gaps-Exposed\">Cetera \u56e0\u76d1\u6d4b\u6f0f\u6d1e\u66b4\u9732\u800c\u88ab\u7f5a\u6b3e $1.1M<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7f8e\u56fd\uff0c2026\u5e741\u670816\u65e5\ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8\u2014\u2014\u7f8e\u56fd\u91d1\u878d\u4e1a\u76d1\u7ba1\u5c40\uff08FINRA\uff09\u56e0\u5176\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u7cfb\u7edf\u5b58\u5728\u6f0f\u6d1e\uff0c\u5bf9\u603b\u90e8\u4f4d\u4e8e\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546Cetera\u5904\u4ee51000\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u7f5a\u6b3e\u3002Cetera\u62e5\u6709\u6570\u91cf\u6700\u591a\u7684\u6ce8\u518c\u6295\u8d44\u987e\u95ee\u548c\u7ecf\u7eaa\u4ea4\u6613\u5546\u3002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7f8e\u56fd\u91d1\u878d\u4e1a\u76d1\u7ba1\u5c40\uff08FINRA\uff09\u53d1\u73b0\uff0cCetera\u7684\u4e09\u5bb6\u5b50\u516c\u53f8\uff08Cetera Services\uff09\u5728\u9075\u5b88\u7f8e\u56fd\u300a\u94f6\u884c\u4fdd\u5bc6\u6cd5\u300b\u65b9\u9762\u5b58\u5728\u758f\u6f0f\u30022019\u5e74\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u672a\u80fd\u62a5\u544a\u6d89\u53ca\u201c\u4f4e\u4ef7\u8bc1\u5238\u201d\u7684\u53ef\u7591\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5f53\u65f6\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u7b26\u5408\u62a5\u544a\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u8fd9\u4f7f\u5f97Cetera\u7528\u6237\u5f97\u4ee5\u629b\u552e8\u4ebf\u80a1\u4f4e\u4ef7\u80a1\u3002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \u548c Bithumb \u88ab\u7f5a\u6b3e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u97e9\u56fd\uff0c2026\u5e741\u670821\u65e5\ud83c\uddf0\ud83c\uddf7\u2014\u2014\u53bb\u5e74\uff0c\u97e9\u56fd\u91d1\u878d\u60c5\u62a5\u673a\u6784\uff08FIU\uff09\u5bf9\u672a\u80fd\u9075\u5b88\u8be5\u56fd\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u6cd5\u7684\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u516c\u53f8\u5c55\u5f00\u4e86\u8c03\u67e5\u3002\u5728\u73b0\u573a\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u68c0\u67e5\u4e2d\uff0cFIU\u5728\u97e9\u56fd\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u53d1\u73b0\u4e86\u6570\u5343\u8d77\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u8fdd\u89c4\u884c\u4e3a\u3002. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u53bb\u5e74\uff0c\u97e9\u56fd\u9876\u7ea7\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u4ea4\u6613\u6240Upbit\u88ab\u7f5a\u6b3e\u9ad8\u8fbe17\u4e07\u4ebf\u97e9\u5143\u3002\u4eca\u5e741\u6708\uff0c\u97e9\u56fd\u9996\u5bb6\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u4ea4\u6613\u6240Korbit\u4e5f\u88ab\u7f5a\u6b3e17\u4e07\u4ebf\u97e9\u5143\u3002\u91d1\u878d\u60c5\u62a5\u673a\u6784\uff08FIU\uff09\u6307\u51fa\uff0cKorbit\u5b58\u5728\u8d85\u8fc72.2\u4e07\u9879\u8fdd\u89c4\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u8d85\u8fc71.28\u4e07\u8d77\u5458\u5de5\u63a5\u53d7\u6a21\u7cca\u4e0d\u6e05\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u4ef6\u6216\u672a\u586b\u5199\u5c45\u4f4f\u5730\u5740\u7684\u6ce8\u518c\u6848\u4f8b\u3002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6b64\u5916\uff0cKorbit\u672a\u80fd\u5bf9\u5176\u5ba2\u6237\u8fdb\u884c\u5168\u9762\u7684KYC\u5ba1\u6838\uff0c\u5e76\u5141\u8bb8\u5176\u4f7f\u7528\u672a\u5728\u97e9\u56fd\u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u6d77\u5916\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u8fdb\u884c\u8f6c\u8d26\u3002Korbit\u53d1\u8a00\u4eba\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u5c0a\u91cd\u5e76\u8c26\u5351\u5730\u63a5\u53d7\u91d1\u878d\u60c5\u62a5\u90e8\u95e8\u7684\u7f5a\u6b3e\u51b3\u5b9a\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/policy\/2025\/12\/31\/korbit-fined-usd1-9-million-for-anti-money-laundering-customer-verification-breaches\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">\u8fd9\u91cc<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" \u65e8\u5728\u6253\u51fb\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u9003\u7a0e\u884c\u4e3a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u82f1\u56fd\uff0c2026\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\ud83c\uddec\ud83c\udde7\u2014\u2014\u7531\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5408\u4f5c\u4e0e\u53d1\u5c55\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff08OECD\uff09\u5236\u5b9a\u7684\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d44\u4ea7\u76d1\u7ba1\u6846\u67b6\uff08CARF\uff09\u65e8\u5728\u63d0\u9ad8\u5168\u7403\u7a0e\u52a1\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u3002\u672c\u6708\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8981\u6c42\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d44\u4ea7\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\uff08CASP\uff09\u62a5\u544a\u5e76\u6536\u96c6\u5176\u5ba2\u6237\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u5728\u5185\u7684\u65b0\u89c4\u5c06\u5728\u82f1\u56fd\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u5176\u4ed6\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\u4e5f\u5c06\u6548\u4eff\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u82f1\u56fd\u7684\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u63f4\u52a9\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546
