class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e94\u5927\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u7f5a\u6b3e\u4e0e\u4ec0\u4e48\u6709\u5173\uff1f<\/h2>\r\n<p>\u5df2\u8fc7\u534a\u5e74\uff0c\u4f46\u4ee4\u4eba\u62c5\u5fe7\u7684\u8d8b\u52bf\u4f9d\u7136\u5b58\u5728\uff1a\u7531\u4e8e\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1 (AML) \u76d1\u7ba1\u8584\u5f31\uff0c\u4f01\u4e1a\u4ecd\u5728\u906d\u53d7\u5de8\u989d\u7f5a\u6b3e\u3002\u5168\u7403\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u5df2\u5f00\u51fa\u8d85\u8fc7 1760 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u7f5a\u6b3e\u3002\u8fd9\u8fd8\u4e0d\u6b62\u4e8e\u6b64\u3002\u4f01\u4e1a\u9ad8\u7ba1\u4e5f\u56e0\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5bf9\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u7684\u76d1\u7763\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u5904\u7f5a\u3002\u8bf7\u7cfb\u597d\u5b89\u5168\u5e26\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u4ecb\u7ecd 2025 \u5e74\u521b\u7eaa\u5f55\u7684\u4e94\u8d77\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u7f5a\u6b3e\uff0c\u5e76\u89e3\u91ca\u4f01\u4e1a\u5982\u4f55\u8f7b\u677e\u89c4\u907f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7f5a\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKX \u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u53ca\u5176 $5 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u8ba4\u7f6a<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2025 \u5e74 2 \u6708 24 \u65e5\u2014\u2014\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u4ea4\u6613\u6240 OKX \u88ab\u7f5a\u6b3e\u8d85\u8fc7 175 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143 <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u53f8\u6cd5\u90e8\uff08DOJ\uff09 <\/a>\u56e0\u4e25\u91cd\u8fdd\u53cd\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u6cd5\u800c\u88ab\u505c\u4e1a\u3002\u8be5\u5e73\u53f0\u7531\u533a\u5757\u94fe\u6280\u672f\u7231\u597d\u8005\u5f90\u660e\u661f\u4e8e 2017 \u5e74\u521b\u7acb\uff0c\u603b\u90e8\u4f4d\u4e8e\u585e\u820c\u5c14\uff0c\u8fd0\u8425\u7740\u5168\u7403\u6700\u5927\u7684\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure \u548c\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u6846\u67b6\uff0cOKX \u534f\u52a9\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8d85\u8fc7 1750 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u53ef\u7591\u4ea4\u6613\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1 OKX \u5df2\u6b63\u5f0f\u5c01\u7981\u7f8e\u56fd\u7528\u6237\uff0c\u4f46\u5f53\u5c40\u53d1\u73b0\u7684\u5185\u90e8\u6587\u4ef6\u663e\u793a\uff0cOKX \u5458\u5de5\u66fe\u6307\u793a\u7f8e\u56fd\u5ba2\u6237\u4f2a\u9020\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\u5e76\u89c4\u907f\u9650\u5236\u3002\u6700\u7ec8\uff0cOKX \u8ba4\u7f6a\uff0c\u5e76\u88ab\u5904\u4ee5 1784 \u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u6c11\u4e8b\u7f5a\u6b3e\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca 174.2 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u975e\u6cd5\u6240\u5f97\u7684\u6ca1\u6536\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u53f8\u6cd5\u90e8\u8fd8\u53d1\u73b0 OKX \u4ea4\u6613\u76d1\u63a7\u8584\u5f31\uff0c\u672a\u80fd\u5b9e\u65bd <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.complycube.com\/zh\/%e8%a7%a3%e5%86%b3%e6%96%b9%e6%a1%88\/%e5%85%a8%e7%90%83%e7%ad%9b%e9%80%89\/%e5%88%b6%e8%a3%81-pep-%e7%ad%9b%e9%80%89\/\">\u5236\u88c1\u7b5b\u67e5<\/a>\u5e76\u4e14\u672a\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u8d22\u653f\u90e8\u6ce8\u518c\u4e3a\u8d27\u5e01\u670d\u52a1\u516c\u53f8\u3002\u8fd9\u51f8\u663e\u4e86\u5728\u5e73\u8861\u5e02\u573a\u589e\u957f\u548c\u4e25\u683c\u76d1\u7ba1\u4e49\u52a1\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5feb\u901f\u6269\u5f20\u4e1a\u52a1\u6240\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u963f\u8054\u914b\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u56e0\u98ce\u9669\u7ba1\u7406\u4e0d\u5584\u88ab\u7f5a\u6b3e175450\u4e07<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2025\u5e745\u670822\u65e5 \u2014 <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.centralbank.ae\/en\/about\/about-cbuae\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">\u963f\u8054\u914b\u4e2d\u592e\u94f6\u884c\uff08CBUAE\uff09<\/a> \u56e0\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u76d1\u7ba1\u5b58\u5728\u4e25\u91cd\u6f0f\u6d1e\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e00\u5bb6\u963f\u8054\u914b\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u5904\u4ee5\u8fd11755\u4e07\u6cf0\u94e2\uff08\u7ea6\u5408\u4eba\u6c11\u5e011.75\u4ebf\u5143\uff09\u7684\u7f5a\u6b3e\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u963f\u8054\u914b\u540c\u7c7b\u7f5a\u6b3e\u4e2d\u91d1\u989d\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u9690\u79c1\u653f\u7b56\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u672a\u900f\u9732\u5176\u540d\u79f0\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure \u65e5\u2014\u2014\u7f8e\u56fd\u6570\u5b57\u652f\u4ed8\u516c\u53f8 Block Inc. \u88ab\u7f5a\u6b3e 1740 \u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u3002 <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dfs.ny.gov\/About_Us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">\u7ebd\u7ea6\u91d1\u878d\u670d\u52a1\u90e8\uff08NYSDFS\uff09<\/a> \u56e0\u4e0d\u9075\u5b88\u7f8e\u56fd\u300a\u94f6\u884c\u4fdd\u5bc6\u6cd5\u300b\uff08BSA\uff09\u548c\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u8ba1\u5212\u800c\u906d\u5904\u7f5a\u3002\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u539f\u540d Square Inc.\uff0c\u7531 Twitter Inc. \u8054\u5408\u521b\u59cb\u4eba\u6770\u514b\u00b7\u591a\u897f\u4e8e 2009 Robinhood \u5904\u4ee5 $2975 \u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u7f5a\u6b3e<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2025 \u5e74 3 \u6708 7 \u65e5\u2014\u2014\u603b\u90e8\u4f4d\u4e8e\u52a0\u5dde\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u670d\u52a1\u516c\u53f8 Robinhood \u88ab <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.finra.org\">\u91d1\u878d\u4e1a\u76d1\u7ba1\u5c40\uff08FINRA\uff09<\/a>
