\u5bf9\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u4e86\u89e3\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u91c7\u7528\u57fa\u4e8e\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u6846\u67b6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">SRA \u6210\u7acb\u4e8e 2007 \u5e74 1 \u6708\uff0c\u8d1f\u8d23\u5236\u5b9a\u82f1\u683c\u5170\u548c\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9886\u57df\u7684\u6cd5\u89c4\u548c\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u62a4\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u5e76\u7ef4\u62a4\u53d7\u76d1\u7ba1\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/span> SRA \u6700\u8fd1\u5ba3\u5e03\u4e86\u5176\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1 (AML) \u548c\u5236\u88c1\u6570\u636e\u6536\u96c6\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u5bf9\u5728\u82f1\u56fd\u8fd0\u8425\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u5b9e\u65bd\u4e86\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote (FCA) \u7684\u9886\u5bfc\u4e0b\u5f00\u5c55\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u51cf\u5c11\u82f1\u56fd\u7684\u6d17\u94b1\u548c\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u4e49\u878d\u8d44\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u82f1\u56fd\u5f8b\u5e08\u76d1\u7ba1\u5c40\u7684\u6570\u636e\u6536\u96c6\u6d3b\u52a8\u5982\u4f55\u5f71\u54cd\u82f1\u56fd\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u8fd9\u9879\u5021\u8bae\uff0c\u82f1\u683c\u5170\u548c\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u5fc5\u987b\u63d0\u4ea4\u5173\u4e8e\u5176 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.complycube.com\/zh\/%e8%a7%a3%e5%86%b3%e6%96%b9%e6%a1%88\/%e5%b0%bd%e8%81%8c%e8%b0%83%e6%9f%a5%e9%81%b5%e5%ae%88\/%e5%8f%8d%e6%b4%97%e9%92%b1\/\" SRA \u63d0\u4f9b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4fe1\u606f\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u4efb\u4f55\u5728\u300a2017\u5e74\u6d17\u94b1\u3001\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u4e49\u878d\u8d44\u548c\u8d44\u91d1\u8f6c\u79fb\uff08\u4ed8\u6b3e\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\uff09\u6761\u4f8b\u300b\uff08MLR 2017\uff09\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u5f00\u5c55\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6d3b\u52a8\u5305\u62ec\u4e70\u5356\u8d22\u4ea7\u6216\u5546\u4e1a\u5b9e\u4f53\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7ba1\u7406\u5ba2\u6237\u8d44\u91d1\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e0e\u5236\u88c1\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u4e92\u52a8\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6709\u5173\u5236\u88c1\u5236\u5ea6\u4e0b\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4e2a\u4eba\u6216\u5b9e\u4f53\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul \u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u53ef\u7591\u6d3b\u52a8\u62a5\u544a (SAR)\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sra.org.uk\/sra\/news\/firm-anti-money-laundering-sanctions-data-requirements\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">\u521d\u59cb\u95ee\u5377<\/a> \u5305\u62ec\u5173\u4e8e\u5b9e\u65bd\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u63a7\u5236\u63aa\u65bd\u3001\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u5305\u62ec\u5173\u4e8e\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u57f9\u8bad\u3001\u63d0\u4ea4\u53ef\u7591\u6d3b\u52a8\u62a5\u544a\u7684\u9891\u7387\u4ee5\u53ca <a href=\"https:\/\/www.complycube.com\/zh\/%e5%8a%a0%e5%bc%ba%e5%b0%bd%e8%81%8c%e8%b0%83%e6%9f%a5-edd-%e8%a7%81%e8%a7%a3%e5%92%8c%e6%8c%91%e6%88%98\/\" title=\"\">\u5f3a\u5316\u5c3d\u804c\u8c03\u67e5 (EDD)<\/a> \u63aa\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u9075\u5b88 MLR 2017<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u300a2017\u5e74\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u6cd5\u89c4\u300b\uff08MLR 2017\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u65e8\u5728\u652f\u6301\u82f1\u56fd\u6574\u4f53\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u548c\u53cd\u6050\u878d\u8d44\uff08CFT\uff09\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u6cd5\u89c4\u3002\u6839\u636eMLR 2017\uff0c\u53d7\u76d1\u7ba1\u516c\u53f8\u5fc5\u987b\u7b26\u5408\u201c\u4e86\u89e3\u4f60\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u201d\uff08KYC\uff09\u548c\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u6807\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \u5e74\u52b3\u52a8\u6cd5\u300b\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u5408\u89c4\u4e49\u52a1\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u5c06\u53d7\u5230\u4ee5\u4e0b\u673a\u6784\u7684\u6267\u6cd5\u884c\u52a8\uff1a <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/organisations\/hm-revenue-customs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">\u82f1\u56fd\u7a0e\u52a1\u6d77\u5173\u603b\u7f72 (HMRC)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u4ec5\u5728 2024 \u5e74\uff0cSRA \u5c31\u56e0\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u63a7\u5236\u4e0d\u8db3\u800c\u91c7\u53d6\u4e86 74 \u9879\u6267\u6cd5\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u51e0\u4e4e\u662f\u4e0a\u4e00\u5e74\u7684\u4e24\u500d\u3002 <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9886\u57df\u8fd0\u8425\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u5fc5\u987b\u9075\u5b882017\u5e74\u300a\u52b3\u52a8\u4e0e\u5e02\u573a\u6cd5\u300b\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u5408\u89c4\u4e49\u52a1\u3002\u4e00\u4e9b\u6700\u65b0\u89c4\u5b9a\u8981\u6c42\u53d7\u76d1\u7ba1\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u91c7\u7528\u57fa\u4e8e\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u548c\u6301\u7eed\u76d1\u63a7\u6280\u672f\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u57fa\u4e8e\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff08RBA\uff09\uff1a <\/strong>\u673a\u6784\u5fc5\u987b\u5206\u6790\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u6bcf\u4f4d\u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d44\u6599\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u5b9a\u5236\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u53d1\u73b0\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u65f6\u5236\u5b9a\u66f4\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u201c\u4e86\u89e3\u4f60\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u201d(KYC) \u548c\u201c\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u201d(AML) \u63a7\u5236\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u8fd9\u5305\u62ec\u5bf9\u653f\u6cbb\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u7269 (PEP) \u8fdb\u884c\u9ad8\u7ea7\u7b5b\u67e5\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u786e\u4fdd\u4f4e\u98ce\u9669\u5ba2\u6237\u80fd\u591f\u9ad8\u6548\u5165\u804c\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u5ba2\u6237\u5c3d\u804c\u8c03\u67e5 (CDD)\uff1a <\/strong>\u82f1\u56fd\u4f01\u4e1a\u5fc5\u987b\u51c6\u786e\u9a8c\u8bc1\u4e2a\u4eba\u8eab\u4efd\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5b9e\u9645\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u3002\u5ba2\u6237\u5c3d\u804c\u8c03\u67e5 (CDD) \u4f7f\u4f01\u4e1a\u80fd\u591f\u901a\u8fc7\u6587\u6863\u9a8c\u8bc1\u548c\u6d3b\u4f53\u9a8c\u8bc1\u7b49\u9ad8\u7ea7\u68c0\u67e5\uff0c\u5728\u521d\u59cb\u5165\u804c\u9636\u6bb5\u5c31\u9632\u8303\u6b3a\u8bc8\u884c\u4e3a\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u62a5\u544a\u673a\u5236\u548c\u5185\u90e8\u653f\u7b56\uff1a <\/strong>\u516c\u53f8\u5fc5\u987b\u5236\u5b9a\u900f\u660e\u4e14\u8bb0\u5f55\u5728\u6848\u7684\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u5e76\u5b9a\u671f\u4e3a\u56e2\u961f\u6210\u5458\u63d0\u4f9b\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u57f9\u8bad\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u5fc5\u987b\u53ca\u65f6\u5411NCA\u63d0\u4ea4\u53ef\u7591\u6d3b\u52a8\u62a5\u544a\uff08SAR\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u6301\u7eed\u76d1\u63a7\uff1a <\/strong>\u4e1a\u52a1\u5173\u7cfb\u548c\u4ea4\u6613\u5fc5\u987b\u6301\u7eed\u76d1\u63a7\u5e76\u4fdd\u6301\u66f4\u65b0\u3002\u8fd9\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u51c6\u786e\u3001\u53ef\u5ba1\u8ba1\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u5c3d\u804c\u8c03\u67e5\u548c\u98ce\u9669\u8bc4\u4f30\u8bb0\u5f55\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6839\u636e \u636e\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u516c\u53f8\u5747\u5df2\u5408\u89c4\uff0c\u51f8\u663e\u4e86\u82f1\u56fd\u6cd5\u5f8b\u884c\u4e1a\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u5de8\u5927\u5dee\u8ddd\u3002\u968f\u77402025\u5e74\u7684\u5230\u6765\uff0c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u5fc5\u987b\u5b9e\u65bd\u66f4\u5f3a\u5927\u7684KYC\u548cAML\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u5c06\u9762\u4e34\u4e25\u91cd\u540e\u679c\u3002\u5982\u9700\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u5173\u4e8e\u5982\u4f55\u6784\u5efa\u66f4\u5f3a\u5927\u7684\u5408\u89c4\u6846\u67b6\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c
