<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3a\u4e86\u6253\u51fb\u8eab\u4efd\u6b3a\u8bc8\uff0c\u4f01\u4e1a\u5fc5\u987b\u610f\u8bc6\u5230\u5176\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0a\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u72af\u7f6a\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u5e76\u786e\u4fdd\u91c7\u7528\u6700\u5148\u8fdb\u7684\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5f3a\u5316\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u6d41\u7a0b\u4fdd\u62a4\u5176\u5728\u7ebf\u5ba2\u6237\u3002\u91d1\u878d\u670d\u52a1\u5c24\u5176\u53d7\u5230\u6b3a\u8bc8\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6b3a\u8bc8\u8005\u8bd5\u56fe\u4f7f\u7528\u6b3a\u9a97\u6027\u7684\u865a\u5047\u8eab\u4efd\u8bbf\u95ee\u8d26\u6237\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u94f6\u884c\u3001\u91d1\u878d\u79d1\u6280\u516c\u53f8\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u91d1\u878d\u670d\u52a1\u4e0d\u4ec5\u8981\u5728\u5165\u804c\u68c0\u67e5\u671f\u95f4\u5b9e\u65bd\u8eab\u4efd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u8981\u5728\u5e73\u53f0\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e2d\u5b9e\u65bd\u8eab\u4efd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u8eab\u4efd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8eab\u4efd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u65e8\u5728\u5feb\u901f\u51c6\u786e\u5730\u9a8c\u8bc1\u5ba2\u6237\u8eab\u4efd\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u6b3a\u8bc8\u98ce\u9669\u5e76\u6539\u5584\u5ba2\u6237\u5165\u804c\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u4f7f\u7528\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u3001\u673a\u5668\u5b66\u4e60\u548c\u751f\u7269\u7279\u5f81\u5206\u6790\u7b49\u5148\u8fdb\u6280\u672f\u6765\u9a8c\u8bc1\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u4ef6\u7684\u771f\u5b9e\u6027\u5e76\u68c0\u6d4b\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u6b3a\u8bc8\u884c\u4e3a\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u901a\u8fc7\u5229\u7528\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u4f01\u4e1a\u53ef\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u9075\u5b88\u6cd5\u89c4\u3001\u9884\u9632\u91d1\u878d\u72af\u7f6a\u5e76\u4fdd\u62a4\u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u654f\u611f\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u5728\u65e5\u76ca\u6570\u5b57\u5316\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u4e2d\uff0c\u5b9e\u65bd\u5f3a\u5927\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7ef4\u62a4\u91d1\u878d\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u548c\u4fdd\u62a4\u5ba2\u6237\u8eab\u4efd\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u8eab\u4efd\u6b3a\u8bc8\u7684\u5a01\u80c1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8eab\u4efd\u6b3a\u8bc8\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u6210\u4e3a\u4f01\u4e1a\u548c\u4e2a\u4eba\u5173\u6ce8\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u6839\u636e\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u7edf\u8ba1\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u5f53\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u7684\u5730\u5740\u4e0e\u6700\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u5730\u5740\u4e0d\u4e00\u81f4\u65f6\uff0c\u6b3a\u8bc8\u98ce\u9669\u4f1a\u589e\u52a0\u4e94\u500d\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5f53\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u4ef6\u5730\u5740\u5728\u4e94\u4e2a\u6708\u5185\u4e0e\u4e09\u53f0\u6216\u66f4\u591a\u65b0\u8bbe\u5907\u76f8\u5173\u8054\u65f6\uff0c\u6b3a\u8bc8\u98ce\u9669\u4f1a\u589e\u52a0\u4e00\u500d\u3002 \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u52a0\u4ee5\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u8eab\u4efd\u6b3a\u8bc8\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u9020\u6210\u4e25\u91cd\u540e\u679c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7ecf\u6d4e\u635f\u5931\u3001\u58f0\u8a89\u53d7\u635f\u548c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5904\u7f5a\u3002\u4f01\u4e1a\u5fc5\u987b\u5b9e\u65bd\u6709\u6548\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u6765\u6253\u51fb\u8eab\u4efd\u6b3a\u8bc8\u5e76\u4fdd\u62a4\u5ba2\u6237\u8eab\u4efd\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u8fd9\u6837\u505a\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u6b3a\u8bc8\u98ce\u9669\u5e76\u786e\u4fdd\u4e3a\u5ba2\u6237\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u5728\u7ebf\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u8eab\u4efd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u7684\u597d\u5904<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u589e\u5f3a\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u5ba2\u6237\u4f53\u9a8c<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8eab\u4efd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u4e3a\u4f01\u4e1a\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8bb8\u591a\u597d\u5904\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u589e\u5f3a\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u6539\u5584\u5ba2\u6237\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u9a8c\u8bc1\u5ba2\u6237\u8eab\u4efd\uff0c\u4f01\u4e1a\u53ef\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u6b3a\u8bc8\u548c\u91d1\u878d\u72af\u7f6a\u7684\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u66f4\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u66f4\u6709\u4fdd\u969c\u7684\u5728\u7ebf\u73af\u5883\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8eab\u4efd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u53ef\u4ee5\u7b80\u5316\u5165\u804c\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u6469\u64e6\u5e76\u6539\u5584\u6574\u4f53\u5ba2\u6237\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002\u51ed\u501f\u68c0\u6d4b\u6b3a\u8bc8\u548c\u964d\u4f4e\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4f01\u4e1a\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0e\u5ba2\u6237\u5efa\u7acb\u4fe1\u4efb\u5e76\u5728\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u6811\u7acb\u826f\u597d\u7684\u58f0\u8a89\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5229\u7528\u5168\u7403\u6570\u636e\u6e90\u548c\u5148\u8fdb\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u8eab\u4efd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u4f01\u4e1a\u9886\u5148\u4e8e\u6b3a\u8bc8\u8005\u5e76\u4fdd\u62a4\u5ba2\u6237\u5728\u7ebf\u8eab\u4efd\u3002\u6709\u5173\u5ba2\u6237\u4fdd\u62a4\u548c\u4f7f\u7528 KYC \u8fdb\u884c\u5165\u804c\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u8bf7\u9605\u8bfb <a href=\"https:\/\/www.complycube.com\/zh\/kyc-%e6%a3%80%e6%9f%a5%e4%bb%a5%e7%a1%ae%e4%bf%9d%e5%85%a5%e8%81%8c%e6%b5%81%e7%a8%8b%e5%ae%89%e5%85%a8%e4%b8%94%e5%8f%af%e6%89%a9%e5%b1%95\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">\u201cKYC \u68c0\u67e5\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u5b89\u5168\u5165\u804c\u3002\u201d <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6848\u4f8b\u7814\u7a76\uff1aRevolut<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f7f\u7528\u9762\u90e8\u8bc6\u522b\u7b49\u5148\u8fdb\u6280\u672f\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u68c0\u6d4b\u6b3a\u8bc8\u884c\u4e3a\u5e76\u964d\u4f4e\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u91c7\u53d6\u6b3a\u8bc8\u9884\u9632\u63aa\u65bd\u6765\u4fdd\u969c\u4ea4\u6613\u5b89\u5168\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5c06\u673a\u5668\u5b66\u4e60\u4e0e\u5168\u7403\u6570\u636e\u6e90\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u4f01\u4e1a\u53ef\u4ee5\u589e\u5f3a\u5ba2\u6237\u5165\u804c\u671f\u95f4\u7684\u9a8c\u8bc1\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5feb\u901f\u5b89\u5168\u5730\u9a8c\u8bc1\u771f\u5b9e\u5ba2\u6237\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure Fraud \u53d1\u73b0\uff0c2023 \u5e74\u81f3 2024 \u5e74\uff0cRevolut \u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u6b3a\u8bc8\u6570\u5b57\u5728\u6240\u6709\u94f6\u884c\u5de8\u5934\u4e2d\u6700\u9ad8\uff0c\u8fd9\u6e05\u695a\u5730\u8868\u660e\u9700\u8981\u91c7\u53d6\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u4ece 2023 \u5e74\u5230 2024 \u5e74\uff0c\u6c47\u4e30\u94f6\u884c\u6709 5,467 \u4efd\u6b3a\u8bc8\u62a5\u544a\uff0c\u800c Revolut \u6709 9,793 \u4efd\uff0c\u52b3\u57c3\u5fb7\u94f6\u884c\u6709 7,395 \u4efd\uff0c\u5df4\u514b\u83b1\u94f6\u884c\u6709 7,874 \u4efd\u3002\u6709\u5173\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u6b3a\u8bc8\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u201c<a class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4f7f\u7528\u8eab\u4efd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u8f6f\u4ef6\u907f\u514d\u91d1\u878d\u72af\u7f6a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3a\u4e86\u5b9e\u73b0\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u9a8c\u8bc1\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u4f01\u4e1a\u5fc5\u987b\u9002\u5e94\u65e5\u76ca\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u6b3a\u8bc8\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u62a4\u5ba2\u6237\u53ca\u5176\u58f0\u8a89\uff0c\u5e76\u6ee1\u8db3\u56fd\u5bb6\u548c\u56fd\u9645 IDV \u548c KYC \u6cd5\u89c4\u3002\u9a8c\u8bc1\u5ba2\u6237\u8eab\u4efd\u662f\u6253\u51fb\u6b3a\u8bc8\u6311\u6218\u548c\u786e\u4fdd\u91d1\u878d\u4ea4\u6613\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u7684\u5173\u952e\u7ec4\u6210\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote
