KYC \u548c AML \u56fd\u5bb6\u548c\u56fd\u9645\u5f3a\u5236\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u6570\u5b57\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\uff1f <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6570\u5b57\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u662f\u6307\u4e2a\u4eba\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\u7684\u6570\u5b57\u7248\u672c\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u673a\u5e94\u7528\u7a0b\u5e8f\u5b89\u5168\u5b58\u50a8\u548c\u8bbf\u95ee\u3002\u6570\u5b57\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u4e0e\u9a7e\u9a76\u6267\u7167\u7b49\u5b9e\u4f53\u6587\u4ef6\u76f8\u540c\uff0c\u4f46\u7531\u4e8e\u5e94\u7528\u7a0b\u5e8f\u5229\u7528\u4e86\u5148\u8fdb\u7684\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u673a\u5b89\u5168\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u66f4\u52a0\u65b9\u4fbf\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u3002\u9762\u90e8\u8bc6\u522b\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u4fdd\u62a4\u4e2a\u4eba\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u4f7f\u6b3a\u8bc8\u8005\u66f4\u96be\u8bbf\u95ee\u6216\u64cd\u7eb5\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u4ef6\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8be5\u5e94\u7528\u7a0b\u5e8f\u5c06\u5141\u8bb8\u7acb\u5373\u8bbf\u95ee\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u5b9e\u4f53\u6587\u4ef6\u88ab\u76d7\u6216\u4e22\u5931\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3002 id=\"Change-On-the-Horizon?-Identity-Checks-in-2025\">\u4f7f\u7528\u82f1\u56fd\u6570\u5b57\u94b1\u5305\u63d0\u9ad8\u5b89\u5168\u6027<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u82f1\u56fd\u65b0\u63a8\u51fa\u7684\u6570\u5b57\u94b1\u5305\u5e94\u7528\u7a0b\u5e8f\u5c06\u901a\u8fc7\u591a\u79cd\u5173\u952e\u65b9\u5f0f\u5e2e\u52a9\u964d\u4f4e\u8eab\u4efd\u6b3a\u8bc8\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5141\u8bb8\u4e2a\u4eba\u4ee5\u6570\u5b57\u65b9\u5f0f\u6301\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u8be5\u5e94\u7528\u7a0b\u5e8f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5229\u7528\u9762\u90e8\u8bc6\u522b\u7684\u751f\u7269\u7279\u5f81\u5b89\u5168\u68c0\u67e5\u6765\u786e\u4fdd\u51c6\u786e\u7684\u751f\u7269\u7279\u5f81\u9a8c\u8bc1\u3002\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6b3a\u8bc8\u8005\u6210\u529f\u7a83\u53d6\u4e86\u67d0\u4eba\u7684\u624b\u673a\u5e76\u6301\u6709\u5176\u6570\u5b57\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u6b3a\u8bc8\u8005\u5c31\u65e0\u6cd5\u4f7f\u7528\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6587\u4ef6\u8fdb\u884c\u8eab\u4efd\u6b3a\u8bc8\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u6d41\u901a\u7684\u5b9e\u7269\u6587\u4ef6\u51cf\u5c11\uff0c\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u88ab\u76d7\u7528\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u4e5f\u964d\u5230\u4e86\u6700\u4f4e\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u8eab\u4efd\u6b3a\u8bc8\u7684\u5a01\u80c1\u5916\uff0c\u6570\u5b57\u683c\u5f0f\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u8eab\u4efd\u4fe1\u606f\u4fdd\u6301\u6700\u65b0\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u9632\u6b62\u4f7f\u7528\u8fc7\u65f6\u6216\u4f2a\u9020\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u8fdb\u884c\u6b3a\u8bc8\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u82f1\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u5236\u5b9a\u4e86\u4e00\u4efd\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u84dd\u56fe\uff0c\u8bf4\u660e\u79d1\u5b66\u3001\u521b\u65b0\u548c\u6280\u672f\u90e8 (DSIT) \u5c06\u5982\u4f55\u63d0\u4f9b\u6539\u8fdb\u540e\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u6570\u5b57\u670d\u52a1 (GDS)\u3002\u4f7f\u7528\u6570\u5b57\u670d\u52a1\u8ba1\u5212\u4e3a\u7eb3\u7a0e\u4eba\u8282\u7701 450 \u4ebf\u82f1\u9551\u7684\u6548\u7387\u8282\u7ea6\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u653f\u5e9c\u201c\u53d8\u9769\u8ba1\u5212\u201d\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote 450
