68.7% \u589e\u52a0\u5230 71.7%\u3002\u8fd9\u51f8\u663e\u4e86\u4e3b\u8981\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u673a\u6784\u8feb\u5207\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u4e25\u683c\u7684 KYC \u548c AML \u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u4ee5\u51cf\u8f7b\u91d1\u878d\u72af\u7f6a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>2022 \u5e74\uff0c\u6d17\u94b1\u91cf\u8fbe\u5230&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chainalysis.com\/blog\/2024-crypto-money-laundering\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">$315\u4ebf<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>2024 \u5e74\uff0c\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u6d17\u94b1\u6d3b\u52a8\u5305\u62ec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chainalysis.com\/blog\/2024-crypto-money-laundering\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">\u6240\u6709\u72af\u7f6a<\/a>\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u4e0e\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u6d17\u94b1\u4e0d\u4ec5\u9650\u4e8e\u4e0e\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u76f4\u63a5\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u5185\u7684\u9ed1\u5ba2\u653b\u51fb\u6216\u6b3a\u8bc8\u3002\u76f8\u53cd\uff0c\u5b83\u73b0\u5728\u5305\u62ec\u4efb\u4f55\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u72af\u7f6a\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u6536\u76ca\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f20\u7edf\u72af\u7f6a\u6d3b\u52a8\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u8d29\u6bd2\uff09\u548c\u6570\u5b57\u72af\u7f6a\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u672c\u6307\u5357\u5c06\u6df1\u5165\u63a2\u8ba8 FATF \u5982\u4f55\u5b9a\u4e49\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7 (VA)\u3001\u5b83\u4eec\u5bf9\u5168\u7403\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6784\u6210\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u72af\u7f6a\u5a01\u80c1\u4ee5\u53ca FATF \u76d1\u7ba1\u5728\u5176\u65e9\u671f\u9636\u6bb5\u5982\u4f55\u6f14\u53d8\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u5982\u4f55\u5b9a\u4e49 VA\uff1f&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>FATF \u5c06\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e3a\u201c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fatf-gafi.org\/en\/topics\/virtual-assets.html#:~:text=Virtual%20Assets-,Virtual%20Assets,many%20potential%20benefits%20and%20dangers.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">\u4ef7\u503c\u7684\u6570\u5b57\u8868\u793a<\/a> \u53ef\u4ee5\u8fdb\u884c\u6570\u5b57\u4ea4\u6613\u6216\u8f6c\u8ba9\u5e76\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u652f\u4ed8\u6216\u6295\u8d44\u76ee\u7684\u7684\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7\u3002\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7\u4e0d\u5305\u62ec\u6cd5\u5b9a\u8d27\u5e01\u3001\u8bc1\u5238\u6216\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u5efa\u8bae\u4e2d\u5df2\u6db5\u76d6\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u91d1\u878d\u8d44\u4ea7\u7684\u6570\u5b57\u8868\u793a\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u5f3a\u8c03\u4e86\u5176\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6570\u5b57\u53ef\u4ea4\u6613\u6216\u53ef\u8f6c\u8ba9\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u652f\u4ed8\u6216\u6295\u8d44\u76ee\u7684<strong>,<\/strong>&nbsp;\u5c06\u5b83\u4eec\u4e0e\u66f4\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u8d44\u4ea7\u533a\u5206\u5f00\u6765\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FATF \u65e9\u671f\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u6307\u5357\u6982\u8ff0&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u4e8e 2019 \u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\u4e3a\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u884c\u4e1a\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b98\u65b9\u6307\u5bfc\u3002\u8be5\u7ec4\u7ec7\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u5173\u4e8e\u5bf9\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7\u548c VASP \u91c7\u7528\u57fa\u4e8e\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u7684\u521d\u6b65\u5efa\u8bae\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u8fd8\u66f4\u65b0\u4e86\u5176\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u4ee5\u5f15\u5165\u76d1\u7ba1\u548c\u76d1\u7763\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u8981\u521d\u6b65\u4e86\u89e3\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u6cd5\u89c4\u548c\u6307\u5bfc\u5982\u4f55\u4fdd\u62a4\u8be5\u884c\u4e1a\uff0c\u8bf7\u9605\u8bfb <a href=\"https:\/\/www.complycube.com\/zh\/kyc-%e5%8a%a0%e5%af%86%e6%b3%95%e8%a7%84%e5%a6%82%e4%bd%95%e4%bf%9d%e6%8a%a4%e8%a1%8c%e4%b8%9a\/\" title=\"\">\u201cKYC \u9996\u6b21\u627f\u8ba4\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u884c\u4e1a\u5b58\u5728\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u5f53\u65f6\uff0c\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u4e3b\u8981\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u4e0d\u53d7\u76d1\u7ba1\u7684\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7 (VA)\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u5927\u591a\u6570\u5730\u533a\u5c1a\u672a\u5b9e\u65bd\u6b63\u5f0f\u76d1\u7ba1\u6765\u5e94\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6570\u5b57\u8d44\u4ea7\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u4e8e 10 \u6708\u6f84\u6e05\uff0c\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7\u548c\u865a\u62df\u670d\u52a1\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546 (VASP) \u4e5f\u5e94\u9075\u5faa\u5176\u5efa\u8bae\uff0c\u6b64\u524d\u8be5\u5efa\u8bae\u4e3b\u8981\u9488\u5bf9\u4f20\u7edf\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u4e1a\u3002\u540c\u6837\uff0c\u8be5\u5efa\u8bae\u8fd8\u4e3a\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7\u548c\u865a\u62df\u670d\u52a1\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u660e\u786e\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u3002\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u8fd8\u5c06\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7\u548c\u865a\u62df\u670d\u52a1\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u6dfb\u52a0\u5230\u5efa\u8bae 15 (R15) \u4e2d\uff0c\u6269\u5c55\u5176\u6307\u5bfc\u8303\u56f4\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ec4\u7ec7\u9075\u5b88\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1 (AML) \u548c\u53cd\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u4e49\u878d\u8d44 \u786e\u5b9a\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u5927\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u5e76\u5bf9\u91d1\u878d\u4f53\u7cfb\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u6784\u6210\u6f5c\u5728\u5a01\u80c1\u3002FATF \u8fd8\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u5173\u4e8e\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7\u548c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u7684\u58f0\u660e\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5185\u5bb9\uff1a\u201c\u72af\u7f6a\u5206\u5b50\u548c\u6050\u6016\u5206\u5b50\u6ee5\u7528\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7\u7684\u5a01\u80c1\u662f\u4e25\u91cd\u800c\u7d27\u8feb\u7684\uff0cFATF \u5e0c\u671b\u6240\u6709\u56fd\u5bb6\u8fc5\u901f\u91c7\u53d6\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u5728\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7\u6d3b\u52a8\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u65b9\u9762\u5b9e\u65bd FATF \u5efa\u8bae\u201d\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u5a01\u80c1 <a title=\"\">\u72af\u7f6a\u548c\u6050\u6016\u5206\u5b50\u6ee5\u7528<\/a> \u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7\u5371\u673a\u5f62\u52bf\u4e25\u5cfb\u3002<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u968f\u540e\uff0c\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u7b2c\u4e00\u4efd\u201c<a \u548c VASP \u65b9\u6cd5\u6307\u5357\">\u57fa\u4e8e\u98ce\u9669\u7684 VA \u548c VASP \u65b9\u6cd5\u6307\u5357<\/a>\u201d\u3002\u8be5\u6cd5\u6848\u8ba8\u8bba\u4e86\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7\u548c\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u5982\u4f55\u7b26\u5408\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u7684\u89c2\u70b9\u548c\u5efa\u8bae\u3002\u8be5\u6cd5\u6848\u8fd8\u91c7\u7eb3\u4e86\u5bf9 R15 \u7684\u89e3\u91ca\u6027\u8bf4\u660e\uff0c\u9610\u660e\u4e86\u5982\u4f55\u5e94\u7528\u9488\u5bf9\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7\u548c\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002R16 \u5c06\u65c5\u884c\u89c4\u5219\u8981\u6c42\u6269\u5c55\u5230\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u3002\u6709\u5173\u65c5\u884c\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u8bf7\u9605\u8bfb \u5168\u4f53\u4f1a\u8bae\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u5176\u66f4\u65b0\u7684\u7b2c 15 \u53f7\u5efa\u8bae\u7684\u5b9e\u65bd\u5b58\u5728\u76f8\u5f53\u5927\u7684\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5173\u4e8e\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7 (VA) \u548c\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u4ea7\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546 (VASP) \u7684\u4e0d\u8db3\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1 2018 \u5e74 10 \u6708\u7684\u4fee\u8ba2\u8bd5\u56fe\u7eb3\u5165\u9488\u5bf9 VA \u548c VASP
