<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3a\u671f\u4e09\u5929\u7684\u8ba8\u8bba\u6db5\u76d6\u4e86\u4e0e\u6d17\u94b1\u3001\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u4e49\u878d\u8d44\u548c\u6269\u6563\u878d\u8d44\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5173\u952e\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f FATF class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u56fd\u5bb6\u76d1\u6d4b\u66f4\u65b0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u5168\u4f53\u4f1a\u8bae\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6210\u679c\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u5236\u5b9a\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u53d7\u4e25\u683c\u5ba1\u67e5\u548c\u76d1\u63a7\u7684\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\u540d\u5355\u3002\u7259\u4e70\u52a0\u548c\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5728\u89e3\u51b3\u5176\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1 (AML) \u5236\u5ea6\u4e2d\u5148\u524d\u53d1\u73b0\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u7f3a\u9677\u65b9\u9762\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u91cd\u5927\u8fdb\u5c55\uff0c\u8fd9\u53d7\u5230\u4e86\u795d\u8d3a\u3002\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u90fd\u5728\u5546\u5b9a\u7684\u671f\u9650\u5185\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u884c\u52a8\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u88ab\u4ece\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u7684\u4e25\u683c\u76d1\u63a7\u540d\u5355\u4e2d\u5254\u9664\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f46\u8fd9\u5e76\u4e0d\u610f\u5473\u7740\u4e24\u56fd\u8d23\u4efb\u7684\u7ed3\u675f\u3002\u4e24\u56fd\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u4e0e\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u548c\u5404\u81ea\u5f53\u5730\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u52a0\u5f3a\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u548c\u53cd\u6050\u6016\u878d\u8d44\u6846\u67b6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6469\u7eb3\u54e5\u548c\u59d4\u5185\u745e\u62c9\u88ab\u5217\u5165\u4e86\u52a0\u5f3a\u76d1\u63a7\u540d\u5355\u3002\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u73b0\u5df2\u627f\u8bfa\u5b9e\u65bd\u884c\u52a8\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u4ee5\u89e3\u51b3\u5168\u4f53\u4f1a\u8bae\u671f\u95f4\u53d1\u73b0\u7684\u6218\u7565\u7f3a\u9677\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u65b0\u589e\u540d\u5355\u51f8\u663e\u4e86\u5168\u7403\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u6240\u6709\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\u90fd\u7b26\u5408\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u6253\u51fb\u91d1\u878d\u72af\u7f6a\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fatf-gafi.org\/en\/publications\/Fatfgeneral\/outcomes-fatf-plenary-june-2024.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u5168\u4f53\u4f1a\u8bae<\/a> \u91cd\u7533\u5bf9\u671d\u9c9c\u6c11\u4e3b\u4e3b\u4e49\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\uff08\u671d\u9c9c\uff09\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u52a0\u7684\u5173\u5207\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u671d\u9c9c\u7ecf\u5e38\u88ab\u8981\u6c42\u91c7\u53d6\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u5728\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u7a33\u5b9a\u65b9\u9762\u4ecd\u7136\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u4e25\u91cd\u7f3a\u9677\u3002 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.complycube.com\/zh\/%e8%a7%a3%e5%86%b3%e6%96%b9%e6%a1%88\/%e5%b0%bd%e8%81%8c%e8%b0%83%e6%9f%a5%e9%81%b5%e5%ae%88\/%e5%8f%8d%e6%b4%97%e9%92%b1\/\">\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1<\/a> \uff08\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\uff09\u548c\u6253\u51fb\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u4e49\u878d\u8d44\uff08CFT\uff09\u5236\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u671d\u9c9c\u7684\u975e\u6cd5\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e0e\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u6740\u4f24\u6027\u6b66\u5668\u6269\u6563\u6709\u5173\uff0c\u5bf9\u56fd\u9645\u5b89\u5168\u6784\u6210\u4e25\u91cd\u5a01\u80c1\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u4e0e\u56fd\u9645\u91d1\u878d\u4f53\u7cfb\u6709\u591a\u91cd\u8054\u7cfb\uff0c\u8fd9\u52a0\u5267\u4e86\u6269\u6563\u878d\u8d44\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u5728\u5168\u4f53\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e0a\uff0c\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u547c\u5401\u5728\u4e0e\u671d\u9c9c\u8fdb\u884c\u8d38\u6613\u65f6\u63d0\u9ad8\u8b66\u60d5\uff0c\u5e76\u91cd\u65b0\u5b9e\u65bd\u548c\u6267\u884c\u53cd\u5236\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ICRG \u6807\u51c6\u6210\u529f\u4fee\u8ba2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u5728\u4fee\u8ba2\u56fd\u9645\u5408\u4f5c\u5ba1\u67e5\u5c0f\u7ec4 (ICRG) \u6d41\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u65b9\u9762\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u5f0f\u7684\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002\u8be5\u6d41\u7a0b\u73b0\u5728\u66f4\u52a0\u4e86\u89e3\u6b20\u53d1\u8fbe\u56fd\u5bb6\u5728\u6d17\u94b1\u8303\u56f4\u548c\u80fd\u529b\u65b9\u9762\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u6311\u6218\u3002\u5b8c\u6210\u4fee\u8ba2\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u786e\u4fdd\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u7684\u7070\u540d\u5355\u548c\u9ed1\u540d\u5355\u89c4\u8303\u5728\u7406\u89e3\u53ef\u80fd\u5bf9\u5168\u7403\u91d1\u878d\u4f53\u7cfb\u5b89\u5168\u6784\u6210\u5a01\u80c1\u7684\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u7f3a\u9677\u65b9\u9762\u4ecd\u7136\u6709\u6548\u4e14\u516c\u5e73\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7b2c\u4e94\u8f6e\u4e92\u8bc4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5168\u4f53\u4f1a\u8bae\u5c31\u5982\u4f55\u8bc4\u4f30\u5404\u56fd\u5373\u5c06\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u7b2c\u4e94\u8f6e\u76f8\u4e92\u8bc4\u4f30\u8fbe\u6210\u4e86\u5171\u8bc6\uff0c\u4fee\u8ba2\u4e86\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6807\u51c6\u73b0\u5728\u66f4\u52a0\u6ce8\u91cd\u8d44\u4ea7\u8ffd\u56de\u548c\u56fd\u9645\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u975e\u6cd5\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u6536\u76ca\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u672a\u6765\u5404\u56fd\u5fc5\u987b\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u4f18\u5148\u8ffd\u56de\u8d44\u4ea7\u3001\u6ca1\u6536\u72af\u7f6a\u8d44\u4ea7\u548c\u5f00\u5c55\u5168\u7403\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u51b3\u5fc3\u3002\u5982\u9700\u8be6\u7ec6\u4e86\u89e3\u8fd9\u4e9b\u76f8\u4e92\u8bc4\u4f30\uff0c\u8bf7\u9605\u8bfb Raja Kumar \u4f1a\u89c1\u4e86\u5176\u4ed6\u7c7b\u4f3c FATF \u7684\u533a\u57df\u673a\u6784\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\uff0c\u8ba8\u8bba\u8fdb\u5c55\u60c5\u51b5\u5e76\u786e\u5b9a\u660e\u5e74\u7684\u4f18\u5148\u4e8b\u9879\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\u5bf9\u4e8e\u56fd\u9645\u91d1\u878d\u76d1\u7ba1\u7684\u6210\u529f\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u5173\u952e\u4f18\u5148\u4e8b\u9879\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u79d1\u5a01\u7279<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u62a5\u544a\u8be6\u7ec6\u8bf4\u660e\uff0c\u8be5\u56fd\u6709\u5408\u7406\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u548c\u76d1\u7ba1\u6846\u67b6\u6765\u89e3\u51b3\u6d17\u94b1\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u4ea7\u751f\u5f3a\u6709\u529b\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u65b9\u9762\u5b58\u5728\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5168\u4f53\u4f1a\u8bae\u8bc4\u4f30\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u5fc5\u987b\u52a0\u5f3a\u5bf9\u6d17\u94b1\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u7406\u89e3\uff0c\u6539\u8fdb\u8d77\u8bc9\uff0c\u5e76\u786e\u4fdd\u53ca\u65f6\u51bb\u7ed3\u4e0e\u6076\u610f\u878d\u8d44\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u8d44\u4ea7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u65b0\u4e3b\u5e2d\u9886\u5bfc\u4e0b\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u5168\u4f53\u4f1a\u8bae\u4f18\u5148\u4e8b\u9879<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u65b0\u4efb\u4e3b\u5e2d Elisa de Anda Madrazo \u6982\u8ff0\u4e86\u5979\u4f5c\u4e3a FATF \u4e3b\u5e2d\u672a\u6765\u51e0\u5e74\u7684\u4f18\u5148\u4e8b\u9879\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5927\u529b\u652f\u6301\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u5bfc\u5411\u65b9\u6cd5 (RBA)
