(LP) \u7684\u975e\u6cd5\u8d44\u91d1\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u4e5f\u7ecf\u5e38\u5b58\u5728\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5b9e\u65bd\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u521b\u59cb\u4eba\u548c\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5c3d\u804c\u8c03\u67e5\u6d41\u7a0b\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u5145\u5206\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u6295\u8d44\u5408\u89c4\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u9700\u8981\u5168\u9762\u7684 AML \u548c KYC \u68c0\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u53c2\u4e0e\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u6295\u8d44\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u4e0d\u4ec5\u9700\u8981\u786e\u4fdd\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e0e\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u5951\u5408\u5ea6\u6216\u5df2\u786e\u5b9a\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u7f3a\u53e3\uff0c\u8fd8\u9700\u8981\u786e\u4fdd\u4ed6\u4eec\u786e\u5207\u77e5\u9053\u81ea\u5df1\u5728\u6295\u8d44\u8c01\u3002\u540c\u6837\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5fc5\u987b\u5b8c\u5168\u900f\u660e\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u662f\u8c01\u3002\u5728\u63a5\u53d7 LP \u7684\u6295\u8d44\u65f6\uff0c\u98ce\u9669\u6295\u8d44\u516c\u53f8\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u5230\u975e\u6cd5\u8d44\u672c\u6ce8\u5165\u7684\u653b\u51fb\uff0c\u4e0d\u826f\u884c\u4e3a\u8005\u4f1a\u8bd5\u56fe\u7528\u5408\u6cd5\u8d44\u672c\u63a9\u76d6\u6d17\u94b1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7f8e\u56fd\u8054\u90a6\u8c03\u67e5\u5c40\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u8fd1 $10 \u4e07\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u79c1\u4eba\u6295\u8d44\u57fa\u91d1\u884c\u4e1a\u4e2d\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u88ab\u7528\u4f5c\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u6d17\u94b1\u7684\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u5e76\u6307\u51fa\u8fd9\u4f7f\u5f97\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/business\/fbi-concerned-over-laundering-risks-in-private-equity-hedge-funds-leaked-docu-idUSKCN24F1TE\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">\u80ae\u810f\u94b1<\/a> \u7eb3\u5165\u5408\u6cd5\u7684\u5168\u7403\u91d1\u878d\u4f53\u7cfb\u3002\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u9047\u5230\u7684\u98ce\u9669 <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7531\u4e8e\u7f3a\u4e4f KYC \u548c AML \u68c0\u67e5\uff0c\u98ce\u9669\u8d44\u672c\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u548c\u63a5\u53d7\u6295\u8d44\u65f6\u9762\u4e34\u591a\u79cd\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u6295\u8d44\u7ed9\u98ce\u9669\u6295\u8d44\u5e26\u6765\u58f0\u8a89\u6216\u5408\u89c4\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u521b\u59cb\u4eba\u3001\u5c06\u6d17\u94b1\u8d44\u91d1\u6295\u5165\u57fa\u91d1\u7684\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6295\u8d44\u6216\u63a5\u53d7\u6765\u81ea\u653f\u6cbb\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u7269\u6216\u9762\u4e34\u7a0e\u6536\u5236\u88c1\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u300a\u91d1\u878d\u72af\u7f6a\u6742\u5fd7\u300b\u7684\u8bba\u6587\u300a\u521d\u521b\u4f01\u4e1a\u6b3a\u8bc8\uff1a\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u5173\u8005\u9700\u8981\u77e5\u9053\u4ec0\u4e48\u300b\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u201c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4fdd\u6301\u521d\u521b\u4f01\u4e1a\u53d1\u5c55\u5e76\u6301\u7eed\u7b79\u96c6\u65b0\u8d44\u91d1\u7684\u538b\u529b\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4f01\u4e1a\u5bb6\u548c\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u6295\u8d44\u4eba\u6765\u8bf4\u90fd\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u521d\u521b\u4f01\u4e1a\u5e38\u5e38\u8bc9\u8bf8\u53ef\u7591\u6216\u6b3a\u8bc8\u6d3b\u52a8\u6765\u5b9e\u73b0\u8fd9\u4e9b\u76ee\u6807 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emerald.com\/insight\/content\/doi\/10.1108\/JFC-12-2021-0264\/full\/html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">\u8ffd\u6c42\u589e\u957f\u7684\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u3002<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u521d\u521b\u516c\u53f8\u7ecf\u5e38\u4f1a\u91c7\u7528 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emerald.com\/insight\/content\/doi\/10.1108\/JFC-12-2021-0264\/full\/html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">\u53ef\u7591\u6216\u6b3a\u8bc8\u6d3b\u52a8<\/a> \u5728\u8ffd\u6c42\u589e\u957f\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5b9e\u73b0\u8fd9\u4e9b\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u3002<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u901a\u5e38\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u98ce\u9669\u5305\u62ec\uff1a <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6d17\u94b1\uff1a <\/strong>\u98ce\u9669\u6295\u8d44\u4ea4\u6613\u6d89\u53ca\u5927\u91cf\u8d44\u91d1\u6295\u5165\uff0c\u8fd9\u5bf9\u4ece\u4e8b\u6d17\u94b1\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u4eba\u6765\u8bf4\u5c24\u5176\u6709\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u3002\u4e0d\u826f\u884c\u4e3a\u8005\u53ef\u80fd\u5145\u5f53 LP\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u98ce\u9669\u6295\u8d44\u57fa\u91d1\u6295\u8d44\u975e\u6cd5\u8d44\u91d1\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u98ce\u9669\u6295\u8d44\u968f\u540e\u6295\u8d44\u4e8e\u8bb8\u591a\u6295\u8d44\u7ec4\u5408\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u8d44\u91d1\u6765\u6e90\u53d8\u5f97\u975e\u5e38\u6a21\u7cca\u3002\u865a\u5047\u8eab\u4efd<strong> <\/strong>\u8fd8\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u7528\u6765\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u63a9\u76d6\u8d44\u91d1\u7684\u771f\u5b9e\u6765\u6e90\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u653f\u6cbb\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u7269 (PEP) \u98ce\u9669<\/strong>\uff1a\u98ce\u9669\u6295\u8d44\u516c\u53f8\u7684 PEP \u98ce\u9669\u5305\u62ec\u6295\u8d44\u653f\u6cbb\u4eba\u7269\u5e76\u53d7\u5230\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5f71\u54cd\u3001\u58f0\u8a89\u53d7\u635f\u3001\u5408\u89c4\u6807\u51c6\u63d0\u9ad8\u3001\u5236\u88c1\u98ce\u9669\u589e\u52a0\u7b49\u3002PEP \u901a\u5e38\u9762\u4e34\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8150\u8d25\u98ce\u9669\u548c\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u5ba1\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow KYC \u548c AML \u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u6765\u62b5\u6d88\u3002\u6240\u6709\u6295\u8d44\u7ec4\u5408\u516c\u53f8\u548c LP \u90fd\u5e94\u63a5\u53d7 AML \u548c KYC \u68c0\u67e5\u7684\u5165\u804c\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002\u636e\u82f1\u56fd\u56fd\u9645\u6295\u8d44\u516c\u53f8\u79f0\uff0c <a href=\"https:\/\/assets.bii.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/10112327\/Business-Integrity-guidance-for-VC-fund-managers.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">\u5bf9\u6709\u9650\u5408\u4f19\u4eba\u7684\u68c0\u67e5\u5fc5\u987b\u5305\u62ec<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u8eab\u4efd\u9a8c\u8bc1\uff1a<\/strong> <\/b>\u4e0e\u53d7\u5236\u88c1\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5408\u4f5c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u635f\u5bb3\u98ce\u9669\u6295\u8d44\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u58f0\u8a89\uff0c\u5e76\u6709\u4e0d\u5408\u89c4\u7684\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u540e\u679c\u3002\u8fdb\u884c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u68c0\u67e5\u540e\uff0c\u6d17\u94b1\u3001\u8150\u8d25\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u975e\u6cd5\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u4e5f\u4f1a\u5927\u5927\u964d\u4f4e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0e
