2024 \u5e74\uff0c\u5728\u6ee1\u8db3 KYC \u5165\u804c\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u540c\u65f6\u4fc3\u8fdb\u987a\u5229\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u83b7\u53d6\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u8270\u5de8\u7684\u8fd0\u8425\u969c\u788d\u3002\u672c\u6307\u5357\u8ba8\u8bba\u4e86\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48 AML \u8f6f\u4ef6\u73b0\u5728\u6210\u4e3a\u4f01\u4e1a\u5408\u89c4\u7684\u4e3b\u5bfc\u529b\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f AML \u548c KYC\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.complycube.com\/zh\/%e8%a7%a3%e5%86%b3%e6%96%b9%e6%a1%88\/%e5%b0%bd%e8%81%8c%e8%b0%83%e6%9f%a5%e9%81%b5%e5%ae%88\/%e5%8f%8d%e6%b4%97%e9%92%b1\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1<\/a> \uff08\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u6cd5\uff09 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.complycube.com\/zh\/%e8%a7%a3%e5%86%b3%e6%96%b9%e6%a1%88\/%e5%b0%bd%e8%81%8c%e8%b0%83%e6%9f%a5%e9%81%b5%e5%ae%88\/%e4%ba%86%e8%a7%a3%e4%bd%a0%e7%9a%84%e5%ae%a2%e6%88%b7\/\">\u4e86\u89e3\u60a8\u7684\u5ba2\u6237<\/a> \uff08KYC\uff09\u662f\u8bc6\u522b\u6f5c\u5728\u98ce\u9669\u548c\u9632\u6b62\u6b3a\u8bc8\u3001\u91d1\u878d\u72af\u7f6a\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u975e\u6cd5\u6d3b\u52a8\u5347\u7ea7\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u505a\u6cd5\u3002 KYC \u548c AML \u8f6f\u4ef6\u6709\u6548\u7ed3\u5408\u540e\uff0c\u5c06\u63d0\u9ad8\u8fd0\u8425\u6548\u7387\u5e76\u964d\u4f4e\u4e0d\u5408\u89c4\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u6cd5\u89c4<\/h2>\n<p>AML \u662f\u6307\u4f01\u4e1a\u5fc5\u987b\u9075\u5b88\u7684\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4ee5\u6ee1\u8db3\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u6cd5\u89c4\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u4fc3\u8fdb\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4 (FATF) \u5efa\u8bae\u7684\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\u6cd5\u89c4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fatf-gafi.org\/content\/dam\/fatf-gafi\/recommendations\/FATF%20Recommendations%202012.pdf.coredownload.inline.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u7684\u5efa\u8bae<\/a>\u4e8e 2023 \u5e74 11 \u6708\u66f4\u65b0\uff0c\u8868\u660e\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u6709\u8d23\u4efb\u53d1\u73b0\u548c\u9632\u6b62\u6d17\u94b1\u548c\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u4e49\u878d\u8d44\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u6cd5\u89c4\u662f\u5168\u7403\u63a8\u8350\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u7531\u53f8\u6cd5\u673a\u6784\u5728\u5f53\u5730\u5b9e\u65bd\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u56fd\u5bb6\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>\u8fd9 \uff08\u7f8e\u56fd\u91d1\u878d\u72af\u7f6a\u6267\u6cd5\u5c40\uff09<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>\u8fd9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mas.gov.sg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u91d1\u878d\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40<\/a> \uff08\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u822a\u7a7a\uff09<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>\u8fd9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sfc.hk\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">\u8bc1\u5238\u53ca\u671f\u8d27\u4e8b\u52a1\u76d1\u5bdf\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a<\/a> (\u9999\u6e2f\u8bc1\u76d1\u4f1a)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>\u8fd9 <a href=\"https:\/\/finance.ec.europa.eu\/financial-crime\/amla_en#:~:text=doing%20and%20why-,The%20Anti%2DMoney%20Laundering%20and%20Countering%20the%20Financing%20of%20Terrorism,consistent%20application%20of%20EU%20rules.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u5c40<\/a> \uff08AMLA\uff09 \u6b27\u76df\uff08\u56fd\u9645\u96c6\u56e2\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\uff09<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u6240\u6709 FATF \u6210\u5458\u56fd\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u5145\u5206\u9075\u5b88 FATF \u5efa\u8bae\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u56fd\u5bb6\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u5fc5\u987b\u6839\u636e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5efa\u8bae\u5236\u5b9a\u653f\u7b56\u3002\u5982\u9700\u4e86\u89e3\u6709\u5173 FATF 2024 \u5e74\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u8bf7\u9605\u8bfb <a href=\"https:\/\/www.complycube.com\/zh\/%e5%8f%8d%e6%b4%97%e9%92%b1%e9%87%91%e8%9e%8d%e8%a1%8c%e5%8a%a8%e7%89%b9%e5%88%ab%e5%b7%a5%e4%bd%9c%e7%bb%84%e5%bb%ba%e8%ae%ae%e7%9b%b8%e4%ba%92%e8%af%84%e4%bc%b0\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FATF \u7b2c\u4e94\u6b21\u76f8\u4e92\u8bc4\u4f30\u7684\u5efa\u8bae<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>21 \u4e16\u7eaa\uff0c\u91d1\u878d\u4e1a\u5df2\u6269\u5c55\u5230\u652f\u6301\u66f4\u5927\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\u7684\u6280\u672f\u9886\u57df\u3002\u6570\u5b57\u5316\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u5efa\u8bae\u7684\u9488\u5bf9\u6027\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5efa\u8bae\u5bf9\u4e8e\u975e\u4f20\u7edf\u91d1\u878d\u9886\u57df\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u6210\u529f\u8fd0\u8425\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u7684\u8bb8\u591a\u653f\u7b56\u90fd\u6d89\u53ca\u4e25\u683c\u5ba1\u67e5\u5ba2\u6237\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u4f46\u8981\u5728\u4e0d\u727a\u7272\u7528\u6237\u4f53\u9a8c\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u5b9e\u73b0\u8fd9\u4e00\u76ee\u6807\u5374\u975e\u5e38\u56f0\u96be\u3002KYC \u5165\u804c\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u53ef\u4ee5\u6ee1\u8db3\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u53c8\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u7cdf\u7cd5\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img \u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6db5\u76d6\u8303\u56f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u672f\u8bed\uff0c\u6307\u7684\u662f\u83b7\u53d6\u548c\u76d1\u63a7\u5ba2\u6237\u4fe1\u606f\u6240\u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002\u8fd9\u5305\u62ec\u9488\u5bf9\u4f4e\u98ce\u9669\u81f3\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u5ba2\u6237\u505a\u51fa\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u51b3\u7b56\u6240\u9700\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u516c\u53f8\u5c5e\u4e8e\u54ea\u4e2a\u884c\u4e1a\uff0c\u9075\u5b88\u56fd\u5bb6\u6cd5\u89c4\u548c\u56fd\u9645 KYC \u6807\u51c6\u6b63\u6210\u4e3a\u5168\u7403\u4e1a\u52a1\u7684\u5f53\u52a1\u4e4b\u6025\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6279\u51c6\u65b0\u5ba2\u6237\u6240\u9700\u7684\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u4fe1\u606f\u90fd\u662f\u5728\u5ba2\u6237\u5165\u804c\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u3002\u96c6\u6210 AML \u8f6f\u4ef6\u7684\u81ea\u52a8\u5316 KYC \u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u5df2\u7ecf\u51fa\u73b0\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fc3\u8fdb\u65e0\u7f1d\u5165\u804c\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5ba2\u6237\u6ee1\u610f\u5ea6\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u6267\u884c\u5fc5\u8981\u7684 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.complycube.com\/zh\/%e8%a7%a3%e5%86%b3%e6%96%b9%e6%a1%88\/%e5%b0%bd%e8%81%8c%e8%b0%83%e6%9f%a5%e9%81%b5%e5%ae%88\/%e5%ae%a2%e6%88%b7%e5%b0%bd%e8%81%8c%e8%b0%83%e6%9f%a5\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u5ba2\u6237\u5c3d\u804c\u8c03\u67e5<\/a> \u5165\u804c\u6d41\u7a0b\u662f\u6307\u65b0\u7528\u6237\u5728\u6ce8\u518c\u65b0\u670d\u52a1\u65f6\u5b8c\u6210\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002\u6bcf\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u90fd\u6709\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u57fa\u4e8e\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5 (RBA)\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u5176\u98ce\u9669\u8bc4\u4f30\u5177\u6709\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u3002\u8fd9\u4f7f\u5f97\u6bcf\u4e2a\u884c\u4e1a\u7684 KYC \u8981\u6c42\u975e\u5e38\u7075\u6d3b\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u5165\u804c\u8f6f\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u4e86\u89e3\u4f60\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u201d\u6218\u7565\u8fdc\u4e0d\u6b62\u6700\u521d\u7684\u7528\u6237\u4f53\u9a8c\u548c\u5ba2\u6237\u83b7\u53d6\u9636\u6bb5\u3002\u5728 IDV \u548c KYC \u5165\u804c\u68c0\u67e5\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u7528\u6237\u5c06\u63a5\u53d7\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217 CDD \u5b9e\u8df5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.complycube.com\/zh\/%e8%a7%a3%e5%86%b3%e6%96%b9%e6%a1%88\/%e5%85%a8%e7%90%83%e7%ad%9b%e9%80%89\/%e5%88%b6%e8%a3%81-pep-%e7%ad%9b%e9%80%89\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u653f\u6cbb\u516c\u4f17\u4eba\u7269 (PEP) \u7b5b\u67e5<\/a>, <a \u6d41\u7a0b\u5141\u8bb8\u516c\u53f8\u5b9a\u671f\u76d1\u63a7\u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u5168\u5929\u5019\u505a\u51fa\u660e\u667a\u7684\u51b3\u7b56\uff0c\u5e76\u4e86\u89e3\u54ea\u4e9b\u7528\u6237\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u76d1\u63a7\u53ef\u7591\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u6709\u5173\u6301\u7eed\u76d1\u63a7\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u8bf7\u9605\u8bfb <a href=\"https:\/\/www.complycube.com\/zh\/%e4%bb%80%e4%b9%88%e6%98%af%e6%8c%81%e7%bb%ad%e7%9b%91%e6%8e%a7%e8%bf%87%e7%a8%8b\/\" rel=\"noopener \u5165\u804c\u6d41\u7a0b\uff1a\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f<\/h2>\n<p>\u5ba2\u6237\u5165\u804c\u6d41\u7a0b\u662f\u7528\u6237\u4e0e\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u521d\u59cb\u63a5\u89e6\u70b9\u3002KYC
