Seg\u00fan el \u00faltimo anuncio publicado, todas las empresas reguladas deben proporcionar a la SRA informaci\u00f3n sobre:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cualquier trabajo realizado en el \u00e1mbito del Reglamento sobre Blanqueo de Capitales, Financiaci\u00f3n del Terrorismo y Transferencia de Fondos (Informaci\u00f3n sobre el Pagador) de 2017 (MLR 2017). Algunas de las \u00faltimas actualizaciones exigen que los despachos de abogados regulados adopten un enfoque basado en el riesgo y tecnolog\u00eda de monitoreo continuo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Enfoque basado en riesgos (RBA): <\/strong>Las organizaciones deben analizar y gestionar el perfil de riesgo de cada cliente, personalizar los recursos y establecer controles KYC y AML m\u00e1s estrictos cuando se identifique un mayor riesgo. Esto incluye la realizaci\u00f3n de verificaciones avanzadas de detecci\u00f3n de Personas Expuestas Pol\u00edticamente (PEP), a la vez que facilita la incorporaci\u00f3n eficiente de clientes de menor riesgo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Debida diligencia del cliente (CDD): <\/strong>Las empresas del Reino Unido deben verificar con precisi\u00f3n la identidad de las personas, incluidos los beneficiarios finales. La CDD permite a las empresas combatir el fraude desde la fase inicial de incorporaci\u00f3n mediante comprobaciones avanzadas, como la verificaci\u00f3n de documentos y la verificaci\u00f3n de la vida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mecanismos de denuncia y pol\u00edticas internas: <\/strong>Las empresas deben contar con pol\u00edticas de prevenci\u00f3n del lavado de dinero transparentes y documentadas, e impartir capacitaci\u00f3n frecuente sobre este tema a sus empleados. Adem\u00e1s, los SAR deben presentarse a la NCA oportunamente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Monitoreo Continuo: <\/strong>Las relaciones y transacciones comerciales deben supervisarse y mantenerse actualizadas continuamente. Esto facilita que los despachos de abogados proporcionen registros precisos y auditables de DDC y evaluaciones de riesgos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el Informe AML de la SRA 2024, simplemente<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sra.org.uk\/sra\/news\/press\/2024-press-releases\/aml-action-improvements\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\"> 22% de empresas<\/a> Se inform\u00f3 que cumpl\u00edan con las normas, lo que pone de relieve importantes deficiencias en el sector legal del Reino Unido.
