Se felicit\u00f3 a Jamaica y T\u00fcrkiye por su progreso sustancial en abordar las deficiencias regulatorias previamente identificadas en sus reg\u00edmenes contra el lavado de dinero (AML). Ambos pa\u00edses continuar\u00e1n colaborando con el GAFI y sus respectivos organismos reguladores locales para fortalecer a\u00fan m\u00e1s sus marcos ALD y CFT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00f3naco y Venezuela, sin embargo, se agregaron a la lista de seguimiento ampliada. Adem\u00e1s, la regi\u00f3n tiene m\u00faltiples conexiones con el sistema financiero internacional, lo que aumenta los riesgos de financiaci\u00f3n de la proliferaci\u00f3n. Durante la Plenaria, el GAFI pidi\u00f3 una mayor vigilancia y la renovada implementaci\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n de contramedidas en el comercio con la RPDC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Revisi\u00f3n exitosa de los criterios del ICRG<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El GAFI logr\u00f3 un hito en cuanto a la revisi\u00f3n de los criterios utilizados en el proceso del Grupo de Revisi\u00f3n de Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional (ICRG). Sin embargo, la evaluaci\u00f3n descubri\u00f3 deficiencias en \u00e1reas como las medidas preventivas en diversos sectores no financieros y retrasos en los procesamientos relacionados con el lavado de dinero y la financiaci\u00f3n del terrorismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kuwait<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe sobre Kuwait detalla que existe un marco legal y de supervisi\u00f3n razonable para abordar las cuestiones relacionadas con el lavado de dinero, pero existen problemas para producir resultados s\u00f3lidos. El GAFI est\u00e1 totalmente comprometido a empoderar a las mujeres y promover la igualdad de g\u00e9nero en el sector regulatorio y ALD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El GAFI contin\u00faa su suspensi\u00f3n de la Federaci\u00f3n de Rusia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La continuaci\u00f3n de la suspensi\u00f3n de la Federaci\u00f3n de Rusia muestra la solidaridad del GAFI contra la invasi\u00f3n de Ucrania por parte de la Federaci\u00f3n de Rusia, contraviniendo el derecho internacional.
