As a Founder’s Associate, you will act as an extension of the founders, driving key strategic initiatives across the business.<\/p>\n

Your work will range from managing performance metrics and cross-functional dependencies to optimizing processes, product delivery, vendor management, and partnerships. This role offers a rare opportunity to gain insight into the decision-making process of high-growth companies and play a critical role in shaping exponential growth.<\/p>\n

  • Work closely with the founders, gaining insight into the decision-making processes of high-growth companies.<\/li>\n
  • Support key strategic initiatives, including the creation and execution of GTM strategies, tracking KPIs, hiring, and more.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor Industry Trends & Regulatory Changes: Monitor industry developments, new regulations, and emerging technologies that could impact the business, and work with the founders to stay ahead of these changes.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to streamlining operations across the organization, working cross-functionally across teams.<\/li>\n
  • Assist with deal progression and ensure consistent follow-through on client interactions.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Support partnership management, ensuring alignment with company goals.<\/li>\n
  • Optimise day-to-day operations by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Manage Special Projects: Lead or assist in high-priority, time-sensitive projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of key milestones across various business functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    We\u2019re looking for someone who has:<\/b><\/h2>\n

    • MBA or other similar certifications.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives.<\/li>\n
    • Strong interest in technology, business strategy, and process optimization.<\/li>\n
    • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
