Diese L\u00e4nder haben sich nun verpflichtet, Aktionspl\u00e4ne umzusetzen, um die strategischen M\u00e4ngel zu beheben, die w\u00e4hrend der Plenarsitzung festgestellt wurden. Diese Aufnahme unterstreicht die laufenden globalen Bem\u00fchungen, sicherzustellen, dass alle Gerichtsbarkeiten die FATF-Standards zur Bek\u00e4mpfung von Finanzkriminalit\u00e4t erf\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hochrisikojurisdiktionen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fatf-gafi.org\/en\/publications\/Fatfgeneral\/outcomes-fatf-plenary-june-2024.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">Plenarsitzung der FATF<\/a> bekr\u00e4ftigte seine zunehmende Besorgnis \u00fcber die Demokratische Volksrepublik Korea (DVRK). Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist die Region in vielerlei Hinsicht mit dem internationalen Finanzsystem verbunden, was die Risiken der Finanzierung der Verbreitung von Massenvernichtungswaffen erh\u00f6ht. W\u00e4hrend der Plenarsitzung rief die FATF zu erh\u00f6hter Wachsamkeit und zur erneuten Umsetzung und Durchsetzung von Gegenma\u00dfnahmen beim Handel mit der Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea auf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erfolgreiche \u00dcberarbeitung der ICRG-Kriterien<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die FATF hat einen Meilenstein bei der \u00dcberarbeitung der im Prozess der International Cooperation Review Group (ICRG) verwendeten Kriterien erreicht. Der Prozess tr\u00e4gt nun den Herausforderungen, denen weniger entwickelte L\u00e4nder hinsichtlich des Umfangs und der Kapazit\u00e4t der Geldw\u00e4sche gegen\u00fcberstehen, besser Rechnung. Die \u00dcberarbeitung wurde abgeschlossen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Spezifikationen der FATF f\u00fcr graue und schwarze Listen weiterhin wirksam und fair bleiben, um M\u00e4ngel bei der Bek\u00e4mpfung der Geldw\u00e4sche zu erfassen, die eine Bedrohung f\u00fcr die Sicherheit des globalen Finanzsystems darstellen k\u00f6nnten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Runde der gegenseitigen Bewertungen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Plenum einigte sich auf die Frage, wie die L\u00e4nder f\u00fcr die bevorstehende 5. Runde der gegenseitigen Evaluierungen bewertet werden sollen, bei der die FATF-Standards \u00fcberarbeitet werden. Diese Standards konzentrieren sich nun st\u00e4rker auf die R\u00fcckf\u00fchrung von Verm\u00f6genswerten und die internationale Zusammenarbeit, um die Erzielung von Ertr\u00e4gen aus illegalen Aktivit\u00e4ten zu verhindern. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daher m\u00fcssen die L\u00e4nder in Zukunft zeigen, dass sie der R\u00fcckgewinnung von Verm\u00f6genswerten, der Beschlagnahme von Verm\u00f6genswerten aus Straftaten und der globalen Zusammenarbeit Priorit\u00e4t einr\u00e4umen. Die Bewertung deckte jedoch M\u00e4ngel in Bereichen wie Pr\u00e4ventivma\u00dfnahmen in verschiedenen nichtfinanziellen Sektoren und Verz\u00f6gerungen bei der Strafverfolgung im Zusammenhang mit Geldw\u00e4sche und Terrorismusfinanzierung auf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kuwait<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Bericht \u00fcber Kuwait f\u00fchrte im Detail aus, dass es einen angemessenen Rechts- und Aufsichtsrahmen gebe, um Probleme im Zusammenhang mit Geldw\u00e4sche anzugehen, es jedoch Probleme gebe, \u00fcberzeugende Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Daher kam das Plenum zu der Einsch\u00e4tzung, dass Kuwait sein Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr Geldw\u00e4scherisiken verbessern, die Strafverfolgung verbessern und sicherstellen m\u00fcsse, dass Verm\u00f6genswerte, die mit b\u00f6swilligen Finanzierungen in Verbindung stehen, rechtzeitig eingefroren werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FATF-Plenarpriorit\u00e4ten unter dem neuen Pr\u00e4sidenten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die neue Pr\u00e4sidentin Elisa de Anda Madrazo skizzierte ihre Priorit\u00e4ten als Vorsitzende der FATF f\u00fcr die kommenden Jahre. Finanzielle Inklusion durch einen stark unterst\u00fctzten risikobasierten Ansatz (RBA) stand ganz oben auf ihrer Liste. Sie m\u00f6chte auch eine erfolgreiche Runde gegenseitiger Evaluierungen einleiten. Ihr Schwerpunkt wird in den n\u00e4chsten zwei Jahren auf der Unterst\u00fctzung und Umsetzung der neu \u00fcberarbeiteten FATF-Standards liegen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Verm\u00f6gensr\u00fcckgewinnung, wirtschaftliches Eigentum und virtuelle Verm\u00f6genswerte (VAs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wir feiern Frauen in der FATF<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach der Ernennung einer Frau zur Pr\u00e4sidentin der Organisation unternahm die FATF einen weiteren Schritt zur F\u00f6rderung der Gleichstellung der Geschlechter und startete ein multikulturelles Mentoring-Programm und ein E-Book. <em>Barrieren durchbrechen: Die n\u00e4chste Generation weiblicher F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte inspirieren<\/em>. Die FATF setzt sich uneingeschr\u00e4nkt f\u00fcr die St\u00e4rkung der Rolle der Frau und die F\u00f6rderung der Gleichstellung der Geschlechter im Regulierungs- und Bek\u00e4mpfungssektor ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FATF setzt ihre Suspendierung der Russischen F\u00f6deration fort<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die anhaltende Suspendierung der Russischen F\u00f6deration zeigt die Solidarit\u00e4t der FATF mit der v\u00f6lkerrechtswidrigen Invasion der Russischen F\u00f6deration in der Ukraine.
